New Book Takes Readers on an Emotional Journey a Person Goes Through... In a new book titled “Hospice, Grief, and Life Thereafter” (published by Trafford Publishing), author Dr. Sherri Lynn Bures takes readers on a spiritual voyage a person in grief goes through when a loved one is in hospice.

The book is about the journey that unfolds when a diagnosis of a terminal illness is received. The first thoughts, the fight and the acceptance all handled through the will of God. Poetry is intermixed throughout the book to give a fresh perspective on this subject. The grief section is written with truth and clarity allowing anyone to go step-by-step through the process, because everyone must face that harsh reality at some point. The last section deals with both the recovery process and the life that is promised in heaven with Jesus Christ.

“This book takes you through the feelings you experience in hospice, the grief that hits you after death occurs and the hope of a new life,” says Bures.

Having dealt with her own grief in life and holding on to faith that enabled her to believe that life goes on, Bures give readers an inside look at what they might experience through her eyes. She sincerely hopes the book may give hope, faith and love to all those facing their own difficult journey.
