Mystery Novel 'The 11.05 Murders' Wins New Apple E-Book Award for Excellence in Independent Publishing

The killer comes and goes as he pleases. Even when the police know the time, date and name of the final victim, the murder still takes place. Because of a childhood disease that required a liver transplant, Dr. Brian O'Hare took early retirement in 1998 from his post as Assistant Director of the Southern Regional College in Newry in Northern Ireland. He now enjoys full health, plays golf, and travels. He is author of several academic works as well as two memoirs, and three award winning fiction novels. He is also author of Crimson Cloak's award-winning Inspector Sheehan mystery series. The latest novel in the mystery series, The Coven Murders, is with the publisher and is due for release before Summer 2017.About the New Apple Book Awards

Any English language e-book published within the last three years, currently available for sale by an independent author or small press that met the Awards' guidelines was eligible for entry. One book was chosen in each category as the solo Medalist Winner receiving the highest honors. In addition, the judges were permitted to choose up to three Official Selections for category distinction.
