Mother Searches for Answers in Daughter's Fentanyl Overdose

Emile Paris thought she had met the man of her dreams in Scott Thompson. They dated for two years despite the reservations from Marie Paris, Emile's mother. A mother's intuition is never wrong and when Emile was found dead in early 2005, this concerned parent knew Thompson was involved.

The community and local authorities cast doubt on Emile's character, labeling her as an addict after years of drug activity with Thompson. Marie suspects her daughter's boyfriend is involved in her death and launches a campaign to uncover the truth.
