Linday Lohan is officially working on her first memoir - about rehab.

TMZ reports that the beleaguered actress has begun working on a tell-all book, following her numerous arrests, 90-day court ordered stint in rehab, and her career - and a few major publishers are biting.

Lohan's book started as a series of journal entries, which she wrote in rehab as a therapeutic exercise. The book is still in its Early Stages, and it doesn't have a clear focus, but she says she wants to open up every part of her life."

A "huge" literary agency met with Lohan last week, according to report, in an effort to land the book. The meetings will also be a part of her docu-series on OWN, TMZ has confirmed.

Several six-figure offers have reportedly also come in for the work.

The news comes just a few weeks after Lohan was bent on suing GRAND THEFT AUTO V developer Rockstar for allegedly using her likeness in its promotional materials. As of now, the status of the Lohan's plan to sue has not been announced.
