"Pancake Mondays": a fun and imaginative story of one little girl who is having a very hard time waiting for a very special breakfast. "Pancake Mondays" is the creation of published author, Larry J. Gray, Sr., a new author and illustrator who expresses his creativity and life experiences through the eyes of an innocent child.

Larry shares that his writing became an escape for him as he learned to deal with the loss of his mother. He says, "My love for writing became a passion in which I vowed to one day become a published author to help children who struggled with loss, abandonment, and other challenges escape through a fantasy they could relate to."

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Larry J. Gray, Sr.'s new book follows the early morning day dreams of young Peepa. Pancake cars, pancake buildings, balancing pancakes, roller-skating pancakes, and floating pancakes all make an appearance as Peepa explains to her mother that pancakes are magical!

Ever since Peepa first tasted Mr. Larry's pancakes, which are always served on Mondays, she began to fantasize of how many she could eat.
