Joan Price, whose book The Ultimate Guide to Sex After 50 is publishing in 2015 (available now for pre-order), was featured on Men's Health on how to navigate a midlife crisis. Price advices that "Both men and women worry that their partner no longer wants them or finds them sexy, and both may feel anxiety and loss because of the changes." To navigate these changes, she suggests "Tell your partner what you need more of, like extra time kissing and touching." She also proposes that reading erotica together can be intimate and a way to keep things fresh in the bedroom.

Whether you have a vibrant sex life now or an unfulfilling one that you'd like to fix-or even if you're just curious about what other people might be experiencing-this book will be a real resource for you now and through the years ahead. As she says herself in the introduction, "I bring the understanding of what our modern, over-fifty population wants in information about sex and aging. I bring the experience, attitude, warmth, and humor of a media-savvy, sixty-nine-year-old woman who is living and loving in an aging body and is willing to talk out loud about it. "
