Jennifer Palk Releases Time-Saving Recipes in New Cookbook

Author Jennifer Palk served in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years, most of it as a single mother with young boys. She and her family live in Baxter, Tenn. She began compiling the material for the book when friends asked for her recipes.
