Jacquelyn Dortch marks her publishing debut with the release of "As Quiet as It's Kept-Shhh . . ." (published by Xlibris in June 2017). About the Author
Jacquelyn Dortch was born and raised on the west side of Chicago. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in human services administration. She has worked in the field of social services and education for nearly 30 years. She currently serves as the director of training and family engagement for a nonprofit organization. She is the mother of three children, Jocelynn, Candice and Jaxxon, and is the wife of Donovan Thomas. Writing a book has been a lifelong dream for Dortch. She dedicates "As Quiet as It's Kept-Shhh . . ." to the memory of her mother.
