J.J. Hensley, author of RESOLVE, discusses how his career helped him to become a successful, debut novelist. A former Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service, Hensley has achieved instant success with his thriller, RESOLVE, which was named one of the Best Books of 2013 by Suspense Magazine and is a finalist for Best First Novel by the International Thriller Writers organization.

His debut novel, which released in 2013, follows professor Dr. Cypress Keller as he investigates a murder while trying prove his own innocence. The book has received overwhelming positive reviews, including the following from Publishers Weekly:

J.J. Hensley is a novelist living near Pittsburgh, PA. His first novel - Resolve - has been named a finalist for Best First Novel by the International Thriller Writers organization. J.J. is a distance runner, a former police officer and former Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service. He has two more novels coming out before the end of 2015.
