Through the poetic lens of literary art, author J. Ko is able to break through and escape the maddening confines of delusion. She considers the seemingly ceaseless stream of pain and joy as very much an individual experience; yet, she also recognizes it as a universal truth. This motivates her to put together a thoroughly evocative and insightful read, "Into Her World" (published by Trafford Publishing) to connect with others who are or have found themselves in the same path and communicate her message of hope and healing.

"Into Her World" is a glimpse into the life and creative imagination of a not-so-typical Texas girl. The book is a compilation of poems, songs, short stories and letters that offers a threshold into the chaotic landscape of the author's mind. A mirror of her inner sanctum, this book traverses themes of life and death, heartbreak, falling in love, growing in faith and building a relationship with God, traveling, music and even Texas and Australia.

"However, once you enter this curious door," the author warns," your journey's destination is unknown. You enter at your own risk."

An excerpt from "Into Her World:"
.."There'd never be the time for the realistic points
to be addressed
Doubt she'd even be heard
She was only a servant to the land
She wasn't of hierarchy
She didn't fit in with the King's men or ladies
Nor did she aspire to be
She wanted so much more..."
