Canberra, Australia

Inspired by the events that led to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, author Dave Crawford pens an interesting fiction novel that shows society's responses to the threat of international terrorism and how the innocent can get caught up not just victims of terrorism itself. As he presents man's reaction to terrorism, he also questions what the real face of "Good Evil" is.

In this work of fiction, readers will meet Byron Jones, an Australian teacher, a chemist, a widow, and a man whose conservative views, love and loyalties come under challenge by the evolving political views. On coming to know far too much, he is accused of being a terrorist and under torture signs a false confession. Dr. Margot Sorensen, an American charity worker who meets Byron on the road in central Asia becomes close to Byron. Despite her humanitarian concerns and love for her country, she also got caught up in the anti-terrorist net. Will they ever find their way out and clear their names?

Questioning and exploring the bigger picture of the world's politics and the general social attitudes with regard to the threat of terrorism and the world's supplies, this story tackles it all. Bravely exploring the aforementioned issues, "Good Evil" shows readers that in times of heightened tension, it is not just the usual suspects that can be at risk but the ordinary civilian as well.
