Mike Adams is a man that has traversed through the worst kind of suffering in life: the loss of a spouse and a child. In 1994, Adams and his wife Teresa clung to each other after the loss of their newborn daughter Emily. Twenty years later, Adams lost Teresa.

In his shock and grief, Adams began to experience extraordinary events. He called them miracles because he understood that the women he lost in his life were providing him with the comforting knowledge that they were still with hiM. Adams recounts the two years of miracles he witnessed in "A Silent Cry: An Amazing True Story About Life After Death."

"A Silent Cry" chronicles Adams life after the death of his wife. He shares personal details of how he grappled with his loss from the Christian perspective. He also describes the various ways in which his wife and daughter came back to say goodbye. Adams provides a candid account of how he processed his grief, moved past heartache and remained devoted to his faith.

"A Silent Cry recounts a true-life story of death, faith and miracles," Adams said. "Readers will come to the same conclusion as I have, that heaven is a realm simultaneously existing in this world. The Miracles chronicled are signs of the occasional intersection between this world and the everlasting life."
