A longtime love provides welcome support. Hank must call on his knowledge of the country to finish his task - and receive the money - and escape those who try to thwart him. Most surprising of all is that the military past he seeks to escape may provide the very skills that allow him to elude his pursuers. Although Hank hopes delivering the memory stick will conclude his involvement, he's well aware that anything can happen.

This is the first novel for author Finn Farnsworth, who deftly weaves a suspenseful tale set mainly in Thailand. Its exotic food, culture and geography serve as a colorful backdrop as the characters encounter each other, sometimes with unexpected results. Farnsworth spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps before earning a business degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He served another 21 years with the Marines as an aviator. Now he splits his time between Chesapeake Bay and a small island in the Gulf of Thailand, where he owns a beachfront pub.
