Elsevier Introduces Major Reference Work on Sustainable Technologies

CAMBRIDGE, MA - Elsevier, the information analytics company specializing in science and health, today announced a new major reference work, the Encyclopedia of Sustainable Technologies, by DR. Martin Abraham. Dr. Abraham is Provost and Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Youngstown State University (YSU) in Ohio. He joined YSU in 2007, as Professor of Chemical Engineering and Founding Dean of the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. His research has focused primarily on green engineering and sustainability, with an emphasis on issues of sustainable energy. Dr, Abraham has authored or edited nine books, participated in three patent applications, and given more than 100 technical presentations. He is a Fellow of the American Chemical Society and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and a registered Professional Engineer.
