Charles Lapine Presents Reader Collection of Short Stories

Author Charles Lapine has gathered together his short stories in the new anthology, "Novelty, Bloom, and Shine" (published by Trafford Publishing).

Lapine explores different settings in his stories, including the heart of a forest, the depths of outer space and locations from the past, present and future. Lapine's stories may be short, but he hopes that readers will continue to think of them long after they finish his book.

"When I read a book or watch a movie," Lapine says, "I don't want the same standard ending. Hopefully, people will think of this book, and the stories within, as somewhat original and not standard literary fare."
