ORLANDO, Fla. - Thaddeus Faulknor never ceases to strive for excellence and how to become better in order to make a difference. He wanted to share his real estate knowledge for those who do not know and wants to know the ins and outs of real estate buying and selling which led him in writing "The ABC Book of Buying and Selling Real Estate: Buying Your First Home" (published by Xlibris).

Published in February of 2015, the book is for those who want to learn more about the real estate industry without the knowledge of how or where to start. It addresses both the buyers and the sellers alike, even to those that have not yet decided what they want to do, as it will help them see and identify their needs. It gives some inside tips on the process of buying and selling.

"I would suggest that after you read this book, if at all you find it helpful, tell someone about it or better yet, give it to someone you know as a gift, and you will be glad you did. They will appreciate such a gift," Faulknor says.

"The ABC Book of Buying and Selling Real Estate" is not meant to teach a course in real estate. However, it is essential that readers learn about the real estate industry, and as a real estate broker.
