Book Proves That Spirit of Fun, Adventure Knows No Age

James Ray Ashurst, Ph.D. believes that as a person becomes older, one seems to lose the spirit of fun, play and adventure. With this thought, he penned "Growing Through Life" (published by WestBow Press), a book that provides ideas on how to re-invest and re-establish such spirits.

When asked what inspired him to write the book, Ashurt says, "watching how gracefully my parents aged and the awesome fun they had."

Ashurt further explains that the book offers many insights of ways to reinstate the "good old days" when life seemed to be simpler. The book is designed in ways that each individual can have an abundant life even in the midst of a hectic lifestyle. From ages 20 to older, this book presents growing in life with humor and thought-provoking insights. The book also contains pictures of youth and adults in a play yard, and a list of fun activities.

Ultimately, Ashurst wishes to remind readers that "growing in life can be exciting with wonderful positive experiences. The choice is always up to you."
