Book Launching Events for WE DO! and USA NOIR, 10/28 & 10/29

Akashic Books is throwing two great events happening next week in NYC to celebrate the release of We Do! and USA Noir.

In celebration of the publication of We Do! American Leaders Who Believe in Marriage Equality-edited by Governor Madeleine M. Kunin and Jennifer Baumgardner-Kunin, Baumgardner, Evan Wolfson (Freedom to Marry) andBetsy Reed (The Nation) will appear in conversation together to discuss marriage equality!

We Do! demonstrates, through speeches, interviews, and commentary, the encouraging story of American acceptance of gay marriage and the roles that politicians-gay and straight-have played in that history.
