Book Encourages Readers to Believe in Power of Goodness Lauren M. Bloom debuts as a published novelist with the release of her book "Dancing at Angel Abbey" (published by Balboa Press). Bloom's first novel explores on how a sustained friendship between a human being and an angel might change the human being's life for the better, and maybe benefit the angel as well.

"Dancing at Angel Abbey" tells the story of an unhappy young lawyer who, unbeknownst to her, is being watched and guided by Archangel Gabriel. Throughout the novel, Gabriel and the other archangels gently lead her toward a better, happier life. Bloom describes her book as a hopeful, uplifting and "feel good" story, and it has won the New Age Fiction category in the 2016 International Book Awards.

"I don't believe that people were ever intended to be unhappy or unkind, either to ourselves or to each other," Bloom expresses. "Life is a beautiful gift and, even when things seem dark, I believe that we are watched and guided. The Divine (is) just waiting to lead us to our best selves and happiest lives."

Bloom invites the readers to follow the story of a successful yet lonely attorney who journeys into a magical realm where heaven and earth intertwine, archangels eagerly share their wisdom, and her true destiny waits. She hopes that the story may serve as an inspiration to many and conveys a message of encouragement- "take heart, never give up hope, and listen for the angels. We can choose to be better."
