Best-selling author and world-renowned biochemist Stephen Cherniske, and double board-certified physician and wife, Dr. Natalie Kather, announce the launch of their new revolutionary book The Metabolic Makeover (March, 2014). The book outlines a proven, clinically-tested health plan thousands have followed with positive and lasting results.

Cherniske's blockbuster international bestseller, The DHEA Breakthrough (Ballantine 1996) earned him a leadership position in the emerging science of healthy aging. Now 66 years old, his strength, stamina, blood chemistry, brain scan and body composition more closely resemble that of a healthy 30 year-old. Results from the Metabolic Makeover described in the book offer readers lifestyle benefits most people seek: more energy, increased exercise tolerance, weight loss, better mood, deeper sleep and renewed feelings of vitality. The Metabolic Makeover exposes myths about current popular fads, explaining the unhealthy cycle most people experience by using stimulants for a short-lived energy boost and subsequent energy crash. "The addictive cycle of using artificial stimulants found in popular drinks and supplements today are literally wearing people out, but people do not have a clue about how to stop the destruction and create real energy. The Metabolic Makeover teaches how," Cherniske explains.

Stephen Cherniske has been interviewed in major media outlets including an interview on Dateline for his revolutionary anti-aging research. The husband and wife co-author team boast more than 200 citations from peer-reviewed biomedical literature and decades of experience, proving this team to be highly respected and sought after authorities on food, nutrition, quality of life, and metabolism. "We all know people who are naturally thin," says Dr. Kather. "They never have to count calories, buy fat clothes, or go on a diet. They also have an abundance of energy and never crave carbs. Stephen's research reveals the genetic secret that naturally thin people enjoy, and the Metabolic Makeover can give any motivated person those advantages."
