'A Midwife is Born' Gets New Marketing Campaign Carole E. Rogers makes good use of her retirement by reliving many of her precious memories for those around her. She presents the second collection of her precious memories in "A Midwife is Born" (published by Trafford Publishing in November of 2016).

Set for a new marketing campaign, the book follows the trials and tribulations of her life, midwifery training and memorable employment at a maternity home and maternity hospital. Mixed with sadness and humor, these memories give readers an insight of the 1960s and the antics of a maturing nurse, wife and mother who was able to live her dream.

"Many people have to cope with the challenges I faced and dealt with," Rogers says. "Each of my recorded memory is unique to my story. I hope this will be an enjoyable and entertaining read."

An excerpt from Memory 97 - Tool box; oops:

Such traumatic experiences would scare some men away from single mothers. Well, I was in for another surprise, if that is the right way to describe it.
