Shea's Buffalo Theatre to Host Sold-Out 90th Anniversary Gala This April
Shea's official 90th Anniversary Celebration at the Gala on Saturday, April 16, 2016 is sold-out, it was announced today by Shea's President Tony Conte and Event Chairpersons Bryan & Kathy Wittman.
With close to 600 people attending this year's event, the Black-Tie Gala event is the single largest fundraising event of the year for Shea's -- but this year is extra special because of this major milestone. For the first time ever for an event like this, Shea's is expanding the Grand Stage for our Annual Gala to meet the demands for tickets to this historic celebration.
"To be sold out as early as we were this year, is a testament to the passion and loyalty Shea's patrons and supporters have to this building," said John Schaller, Director of Development who is overseeing the event. "It's going to be an extraordinary evening filled with many, magical moments & special surprises. Shea's Buffalo Theatre deserves nothing less on its 90th birthday."
Although the 90th Anniversary Celebration is officially SOLD-OUT and Shea's cannot take more ticket requests, there are ways that the general public can still participate:
If you are unable to attend the event but wish to support Shea's 90th Anniversary, you can sign up to become an Honorary Sponsor. Your name will be inscribed on a Signature Plaque being commissioned by Shea's that lists all those who supported this historic milestone. The Plaque, when completed, will be enshrined in Shea's Buffalo Theatre forever -- a lasting memory for future generations to enjoy. For more information on how to become an Honorary Sponsor for Shea's 90th Anniversary, call (716) 829-1170.
