Theater 2020 Presents BROADWAY IN BROOKLYN, SINGERS' CHOICE!
THEATER 2020, Brooklyn Heights' NY award winning Theater Company is pleased to announce a Gala Concert "Broadway in Brooklyn, Singers' Choice!" Join us on Saturday, November 3, 2018 for an evening of musical delights selected by singers you love from Broadway and Theater 2020!
A delightful evening of amazing music from all walks of Broadway, held in the charming Jewel Box Ballroom at ART/NY Brooklyn, just blocks from BAM & the Barclay Center. The concert will help us raise funds for our upcoming 2918/2019 mainstage season featuring Sondheim's INTO THE WOODS and Blitzstein's THE CRADLE WILL ROCK. This event includes a reception with the artists immediately following the concert. Come hear some of your favorite vocalists from Broadway and Theater 2020, singing some of Broadway greatest pieces selected by the singers themselves. Then mingle with refreshments and chat after the concert. Seating is limited. Advance purchase required!
Performing Artists will include: Marc Deaton (International Dramatic Tenor, Theater 2020, Madison Lyric Stage), David Fuller (NYC Opera, Theater 2020), John Johmann (Theater 2020, Madison Lyric Stage), Dorothy Kiara (Broadway: Spamilton!, Forbidden Broadway), Lorinda Lizitza (Mac and Nightlife Award Winner), Kevin A. Smith (Theater 2020/A Little Night Music), Jeneen Terrana (Theater 2020, Songwriter/Recording Artist).
