Photo Flash: STARS IN THE NIGHT Extends Through October 20 in DUMBO

By:

Following a sold-out, extended engagement in Los Angeles, Firelight Collective and Hillary Ellison are pleased to announce, due to popular demand, STARS IN THE NIGHT - the intimate and immersive theatrical adventure exploring multiple locations in the historic waterfront district of Dumbo, Brooklyn - has added a one week extension to its New York Premiere engagement and has released new production photos. The production will now play through Saturday October 20, 2018. Tickets are available now via starsinthenight.net.

Written and directed by Firelight Collective artistic directors Stephanie Feury and Nathan Keyes, STARS IN THE NIGHT unravels across the cobblestone streets, homes, and businesses of Dumbo, Brooklyn. Intimate groups of twelve audience members are taken on a journey to witness the fallout when a woman suddenly goes missing, and the ripples of her disappearance illuminate mystifying connections between seeming strangers. An original story performed by nine actors, STARS IN THE NIGHT is staged throughout four locations - from the iconic 19th century warehouse newly-refurbished as Empire Stores, into secret and unexpected environments and intimate living spaces, revealing a deeply powerful and engaging experience. STARS IN THE NIGHT is presented in special partnership with famed Brooklyn distillery Van Brunt Stillhouse, integrating full-sensory experience into this one-of-kind theatrical adventure.

The company of performers includes Matt Brown, Allison Byrnes, Davonna Dehay, David Haley, Hannah Broderick Kraft, William Nicol, Deanna Noe, and Jennifer Sacks. Production Design is by Matt Pulliam.

STARS IN THE NIGHT runs approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Tickets are now on sale at www.starsinthenight.net. The performance schedule through October 14 is Tuesday-Sunday with five performances per night at 7:00PM, 7:30PM, 8:00PM, 8:30PM, & 9:00PM. Beginning October 16 the performance schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday with four performances per night at 7:00PM,7:40PM, 8:30PM, & 9:15PM. Audience members are emailed the starting location 48 hours prior to the performance. Please be advised: this show will have you on the move! The audience experience involves standing, walking, and climbing stairs, so we strongly suggest wearing comfortable shoes. There is no wheelchair accessibility. This production is strictly for audiences 18 years and over.
