HAIL MARY: Our Queer Saints to Premiere at RUDE

HAIL MARY: Our Queer Saints will premiere as a part of RUDE at South 4th Bar, on April 17, 2018 at 8pm. Hosted by Tim Kov and Lily Fender, additional performers participating on the 17th include Philip Markle (Brooklyn Comedy Collective), Melissa Rocha (CBS Sunday Morning), Peter Valenti (Caroline's on Broadway, Open Flame), Anne Cunningham (UCB), Walter Kelly (Pose on FX) and more!

LGBTQ comedians will each nominate their favorite queer icon for sainthood. While celebrating and honoring their patron saints, participants will transcend their earthly bodies and reach a higher state of divine gay rapture. This show aims to challenge the criteria used to define queer icons, aspiring to build a new canon of saints for future generations.
