Since re-opening its doors this summer, White Eagle Hall in Jersey City has fast become a major new venue for both fans and musicians in the New Jersey/New York area. Case-in-point: the upcoming Bouncing Souls concert, December, 9th is now officially sold out.

In only a few, short months the restored historic theater and concert hall has hosted dozens of bands - not to mention, theatre, dance and other performances - with many shows accommodating near-capacity crowds. White Eagle Hall has passed another milestone with the Bouncing Souls concert - the third officially sold out White Eagle Hall concert, following New Found Glory (11/7) and The Mountain Goats (11/10).

Hailing from New Brunswick, Bouncing Souls have consistently churned out a beloved brand of anthemic punk rock since 1989, earning an intensely loyal fan-base with the energy of their live shows, tireless touring, acclaimed recordings and an unrelenting love of making music.

The White Eagle Hal gig is bound to be a special homecoming show for a band nearing their third decade of being rock and roll stalwarts. "We have played our share of venues in Jersey for the past 30 years so we are stoked to be playing a new one," says Greg Attonito, singer. "We will be rocking at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City on Dec. 9th with some of our punk rock heroes T.S.O.L (True Sounds of Liberty) and our fellow Jersey buds Blanks 77. It's gonna be a great night!"

For Heath Miller of Excess dB Entertainment and Talent Buyer for White Eagle Hall, the sold-out show for one of his favorite bands has a personal significance. "I can remember listening to The Bouncing Souls for the first time, on a 7-inch at friend's house at about age 13," says Miller. "It's always extra special when you get to work with an artist that played a role in creating my music journey as a fan."

Bouncing Souls headlines a hardcore punk lineup at the historic venue, including T.S.O.L, an iconic California punk in 1978 in Long Beach. Blanks 77 - formed in 1990 in Hillside, N.J. - opens the White Eagle Show. These New Jersey rockers have kept the true spirit of old-school punk music alive. Of their latest record, Gettin Blasted (2016), Punk News declares "...20 years ago they were playing a style reminiscent of 20 years earlier. Now, another 20 years later, they're still at it!"

Originally constructed in 1910, the fully renovated White Eagle Hall is an impressive new venue for arts and entertainment, including concerts, theater, performances and other events in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area. White Eagle Hall features two bars on the mezzanine level and one on the balcony level. The restoration enhanced the intimacy and charm of this historic venue while adding the latest in sound and lighting technology, creating a distinctive and memorable audience experience.
