Actors Fund Arts Center to Present AMERICAN CANDY: THE FEMPIRE STRIKES BACK!!

Dictator dance moms, cat-calling fools, dismantled patriarchal governments, TV icons and the response to daft husbands RULE this raucous sketch comedy show. One thing we can all agree on in his country is that it's time to laugh again. AMERICAN CANDY has just the show for it and they're bringing it to the Actors Fund Arts Center December 2 and 3.

AMERICAN CANDY has become one New York City's most popular sketch groups, with sold out performances and a very loyal fan base. They packed two houses of musical performances at BAM Café and have played in numerous venues in Brooklyn and Manhattan. AMERICAN CANDY is fast becoming a comedy institution in New York City.

AMERICAN CANDY is also creating a strong online presence with new videos and blogs rolling out regularly at YouTube.com/theAMERICANCANDY. They also have three TV pilot episodes in the can, filmed at Manhattan Center's studios in late 2015 being shopped to networks now.
