The Indigenous People’s Month Celebration at Club Passim will showcase the rich traditions of Indigenous musicians and dancers on October 5, 2025. Curated by Kim Moberg, the event will feature her upcoming album alongside performances by the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers, who will present traditional music and dance. Acclaimed singer-songwriter Thea Hopkins, a member of the Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe, will also perform, highlighting the contributions of Indigenous artists to the musical landscape. This event is part of the Folk Collective initiative, aimed at amplifying diverse voices in folk music.
