The free daytime portion of the Summer Boston Celtic Music Festival begins at 2:00 PM and features sets from The Carroll Sisters Trio and Erin Shea Hogan & The Kind Strangers. The Carroll Sisters Trio performs traditional and contemporary tunes from Irish, Scottish, and Cape Breton traditions on fiddle, cello, and piano. Erin Shea Hogan brings a genre-fluid approach to traditional and contemporary ballads, drawing on folk and devotional music traditions.
