Theatre@First presents SomerVaudeVille, an evening showcasing the talents of the local theatre community, at Johnny D's Uptown on Wednesday, May 14th at 8pm.
Celebrating the success of our first IndieGogo campaign and raising the curtain on the second decade of Somerville community theatre, SomerVaudeVille is a chance to relax with friends and catch some amazing performers.
Like the first SomerVaudeVille in 2008, this year's version features performers regularly seen on Theatre@First stages, together with other local artists. Director Micha Goolsby performs original music, Mike Haddad and Jeannè Callinan bust out the laughs, Kitty Drexel steams up the room with the power of her voice, local tap artist Ryan Casey steps up-and that's only the beginning! Comedy, music, dance and drama collide in an exciting night of thrills and laughter.
