Small Theatre Alliance of Boston Presents Small Talk: Identity 10/25

The Small Theatre Alliance of Boston opens up and explores the eclectic community of small theatre artists and entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston Area. "Small Talk" is a FREE three-part series of discussions that focus on the Boston community of small and fringe theatre entrepreneurs and artists, hosted by Guerilla Opera on October 25, 2010 at 7pm, at The Boston Conservatory's Seully Hall, 8 The Fenway, Boston, MA. This series is FREE of charge and seating is on a first come first serve basis; however, due to the limited number of seats, reservations are strongly suggested, and can be made online at http://smalltalkalliance.eventbrite.com, by emailing events@smalltheatreallianceofboston.com, or by calling 201-952-6735.

Moderator, John J. King, Boston-based playwright, will lead this panel of Boston-based theatre artists in conversations that highlight the diversity of Boston's small theatre community, as well as discover the aspirations of the Small Theatre Alliance of Boston member organizations. The audience will be invited to join the conversation in a brief Q&A period, and will further be able to mix and mingle at a reception sponsored by restaurant partner, Symphony 8 Restaurant & Bar, located up the street from The Boston Conservatory at 8 Westland Avenue (www.symphony8boston.com).

This first "Small Talk" also takes place as an introduction to National Opera Week (October 29 to November 7), organized by OPERA America, the national service organization for opera, with support of the National Endowment for the Arts.
