Mary Verdi Opens the Holiday Season at The Colonial Theatre Today

Mary Verdi and special guest Tony Lee Thomas will ring in the Holiday Season at The Colonial Theatre today, December 1 at 2pm and 7pm.  

Tickets to Christmas at The Colonial with Mary Verdi are $20 for adults and $10 for children 16 and under. Contact the Colonial Ticket Office at 111 South Street, Pittsfield by calling 413-997-4444. Tickets can also be bought online at www.berkshiretheatregroup.org. The Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-2pm or on any performance day from 10am until curtain. 

Berkshire Theatre Group invites you to bring the whole family and ring in the yuletide season with this old-fashioned Christmas celebration. In its 3rd year at The Colonial, this year's show will feature Mary Verdi and her band, guest artist Tony Lee Thomas, St. Patrick's and Raphael's Church Bell Choir, Craneville Chorus, Dalton Ballet Dancers, Berkshire Music School Violins, and of course Santa Clause.  

"We are Called” from Mary's Ocean for Travel CD recently went to number 2 on the iTunes chart worldwide. Mary also sang at the Pentagon in 2011. 

Mary will be performing selections from her Christmas in the Berkshires CD as well the new songs that have been specifically selected for this year's show, such as the holiday favorites "Silver Bells,” "There's No Place Like Home for the Holidays,” "Oh Holy Night,” and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
