Closing this Weekend! BTG'S 11th Annual Community Production, Beauty and The Beast.

This beloved Tony Award and Drama Desk Award-nominated musical will feature over 100 talented young actors. Be our guest as BTG flies actors through The Colonial for the fourth time in a BTG community production.

Proceeds from this production benefit many children in Berkshire county beyond those who participate in and enjoy Beauty and The Beast! Ticket proceeds benefit BTG PLAYS!, Berkshire Theatre Group's Year-Round Education Program. At the heart of BTG PLAYS! is a passionate commitment to bring Live Theatre and all its inherent excitement and creativity to children throughout the region with hopes this experience will stimulate a life-long love of theatre and help produce the next generation of playgoers, actors and other theatre professionals.

Also closing this weekend is BTG's production of The Stone Witch.

Peter, played by Rupak Ginn, an aspiring children's book author, is sent to the cabin of his idol, Simon, played by Judd Hirsch, a reclusive award-winning author and illustrator of children's books, to help him finish what might be his last book. Desperate to save his own career, Peter hopes to discover the secret of Simon's genius, but first he must accept the impossible task: helping Simon confront the monsters that populate the woods inside his mind. This darkly humorous play makes us question the cost of success.
