Murder, Mystery, Intrigue and Laughter. Yes, that’s right murder and laughter go hand in hand in Montevallo Main Street Players production of Ken Ludwig’s Baskerville: a Sherlock Holmes Mystery, produced with special arrangement by Samuel French. You’ll be captivated watching Sherlock and Watson, performed by Bill Nixon and Taylor Coe, struggle to untangle the mystery of the death of Sir Charles Baskerville. In their task of unmasking the killer our duo is joined on stage by 5 other actors: Cassidy Le, Claire Martin, Isaac Whittle, Mary Purvis and Michael-Paul Smith who together portray over 40 different characters. Ken Ludwig brings this classic story to life in such a way that will leave you in stitches. Be sure to make your way to Montevallo Main Street Players stage located at Parnell Memorial Library on Aug 10-12 at 7:30, Aug 13 at 2:00 because you aren’t going to want to miss this giggle inducing mystery. House opens 30 minutes prior to show time, ticket prices at $12 general admission and $8 for students, seniors and military.
