Be a pART of ART this fall during the Howard County Arts Council's 20th annual Road to the Arts weekend: September 11-13, 2009! This event celebrating the beginning of the 2009-2010 gallery season, encourages art lovers to explore the breadth and diversity of visual arts opportunities in Howard County.
