Spotlighters has opened registration for its Spring After-School Ensemble of the Young Actors Academy. Spotlighters is offering two sessions this spring -- Masks, Movement, Crafts, and Acting for elementary students for lower school, K - 5th graders and The Youth Ensemble presents..... for middle school students, 6th - 8th graders.
TUESDAY -- Masks, Movement, Crafts, and Acting for Elementary Students
Giving ample room to creative minds, this eight-week class allows for individual expression through the building blocks of drama. Through creating Masks to tell a story, to creating movement based characters, to developing acting skills and understanding stage craft, our Lower School Students will explore the fundamentals of theatre.

Students collaborate to present a theatrical production of a common/classic tale. They'll gain a firm grasp on play structure and the tools needed for excellent acting.
