LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE Plays Fells Point Corner Theatre, Now thru 12/9

Fells Point Corner Theatre presents Love, Loss and What I Wore by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, based on the book by Ilene Beckerman and directed by Steve Goldklang, playing now through December 9, 2012, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm Sundays at 2 pm.

For the women in this wickedly funny and powerfully evocative comedy, the clothes in their closets are like a magic time capsule that holds past identities, previous body shapes, and hopes seized or abandoned. From purses and prom dresses, bra fittings, “what was I thinking?!” purchases, and struggles with mothers, the authors of such Hollywood hits as Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail, Heartburn and Julie and Julia illustrate that a smart, provocative show that goes straight to the heart of all women (and the men who love them) is always in fashion. In Love, Loss and What I Wore, fun comes in One Size Fits All!

Love, Loss and What I Wore is directed by Steve Goldklang, who directed last season’s very popular, The Little Dog Laughed. Featured in the cast are: Helenmary Ball, Andrea Bush, Kate McKenna, Beverly Shannon and Anne Shoemaker.

Performances of Love, Loss and What I Wore are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.
and Sundays at 2:00 pm*. There will be another “Cheap Seat” Thursday performance on November 29th at 8:00 p.m.

Admission: Fridays and Saturdays - $17, Sunday Matinées - $15, Cheap Seat Thursday - $12
