Iron Crow Theatre opens it's biggest season in history with Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party; an off-Broadway gem that garnered an array of industry accolades.

Adapted from Joseph Moncure March's 1928 narrative poem of the same name, The Wild Party tells the story of Queenie and Burrs, who decide to throw a party to end all parties. In Iron Crow Theatre's queering of the piece, The Wild Party exists in a dreamlike state, somewhere between sexual fantasy and nightmare as we're introduced to an array of characters who exemplify what it means to live both beyond the binary and on The Edge. Queenie 'sets the stage' for a brutal game of lust, jealousy and deception as one wild evening gives us a stark insight into the danger and risk inherent within the game we call love.

"It's only fitting that we're opening our biggest season in history with our biggest cast ever!", said Sean Elias, Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer. "The artists that we have assembled are truly unbelievable! We have a perfect match-up of students and professionals who join us from both local universities and theaters to major regional equity houses."
