Baltimore Theatre Project Presents World Premiere Of TERMINAL LUCIDITY
![]()
She could be your friend, your neighbor, your sister, your grandmother-and she's struggling to cope with a monster in her midst. What's the right thing to do? Is there a right thing?
Conceived and written in the immediate aftermath of the 2016 U.S. presidential election, the Dada-inspired Terminal Lucidity veers from the ridiculous to the sublime, with bursts of unsettling weirdness in between. It's a dark and unpredictable look at how toxic politics is doing a number on all of us.
Writer Amy Bernstein (Raw, Exit Pluto) and director Melanie S. Armer (co-artistic director of New Circle Theatre and co-founder of The Nerve Tank in New York) team up to create an unpredictable show that reflects on art's role in speaking truth to power.
