Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) is proud to present another installment of the surreal, sci-fi horror extravaganza that is the Laugh Station series. The cult hit is back for episode eight, Laugh Station: Rogue! The intrepid (and inebriated) crew of Laugh Station have finally caught a break. After making the greatest scientific find of all time, the crew are rewarded by the Universal American Federation. Success comes at a price, when old wounds are opened and a mysterious stranger from the past comes calling. Will they succumb to the forces of evil or will they take a stand and save the universe? Only one thing is certain: this is guaranteed to be the most action packed, gut wrenching, beer chugging, robo-dancing, soul crushing adventure yet. And there will be jokes too. Laugh Station: Rogue is intend for mature audiences only!

Laugh Station: Rogue is co-written and directed by MET company member Matt Lee, who will be familiar to MET audiences from The Glass Menagerie, End Days, and numerous other shows. Matt's co-writer Jack Colliver stars alongside the intergalactic talents of Brian Artusio, Lisa Burl, Kevin Cole, Joe Colliver, Joe Jalette, Matt Lee, Trevor Marin, Courtney McLaughlin, Colin Shultzaberger and Bailey Sterling. All original music is by Joe Colliver, Mak Kennedy and Trevor Marin.

Maryland Ensemble Theatre will present Laugh Station: Rogue as part of itsMET-X series, created to expand the collective horizons of the MET ensemble and its audience. Performances are November 22 at 9pm and midnight and November 23 at 9pm at Maryland Ensemble Theatre (31 W Patrick St. Frederick) located in the historic FSK Hotel. Tickets are $11.50 (includes all ticketing fees) and may be purchased by phone at (301) 694-4744, online atmarylandensemble.org, or in person at the MET box office

Now in it's sixteenth season the Maryland Ensemble Theatre produces thought-provoking theatre, fun family entertainment, artist residency programs for public schools, theatre camps, challenging classes and side-splitting comedy.
