Tony Award winner Cady Huffman and Kate Shindle are set to head the cast of Revolution in the Elbow of Ragnar Agnarsson Furniture Painter, a new musical with book, music & lyrics by Ívar Pall Jonsson, based on a story by Ívar and Gunnlaugur Jonsson. Performances will begin July 28th, with the official Opening Night on Wednesday, August 13th at the Minetta Lane Theatre, 18 Minetta Lane (just a few steps from Sixth Ave., one block south of W. 3rd St.)

Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane, continues its 30th anniversary season with the Tony Award-winning musical comedy THE 25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, now running through August 17, 2014. Scott Calcagno (Legally Blonde at The Civic Theatre, Grease at The Long Lake Theatre as well as the annual production of A Christmas Carol at Drury Lane Theatre) will direct. Shows run from June 26 - August 9, 2014 in a limited 7-week engagement at Walkerspace, located at 46 Walker Street between Broadway and Church Street in New York City.
