Franklin School for the Performing Arts (FSPA) presents Tea with Clara on Sunday, December 2, from 4-6 p.m. at the school's new satellite facility in downtown Hudson, located in the historic Odd Fellows Building at 14 Main Street. The family-friendly holiday event features high tea and sweets as the story of The Nutcracker is brought to life with narration, music and dance.

Writers' Theatre continues its season with the Midwest premiere of The Letters by John W. Lowell, directed by Kimberly Senior. Theatres are usually dark on Monday nights, but several times each year Berkeley Repertory Theatre makes them glow with Page to Stage, a series of talks that engage brilliant guests in sparkling conversation. Today, the Tony Award-winning theatre announced that noted theatre journalist Chad Jones will moderate a chat with Tony Award-winning director Mary Zimmerman at a free event on November 12. From Metamorphoses to The Arabian Nights, audiences have embraced Zimmerman's enchanting adaptations of epic tales. Now they can peek behind the scenes of The White Snake as it begins performances at Berkeley Rep.

- The final stop for a national "Raise the Praise" tour of a Christian boy band is the concept for the next production in the Next Stage at Theatre Memphis November 2 - 18. The show will be reprised January 11 - 20, 2013. The musical satire, Altar Boyz, features characters Matthew, Mark, Luke, Juan and Abraham as they perform to save souls and keep count of the unsaved in the audience.

Management and Musicians of The Cleveland Orchestra have successfully concluded negotiations for a new three-year trade agreement effective September 3, 2012 through August 30, 2015. The agreement was ratified by the members of the Orchestra through a vote which took place over the weekend.
