Jeffrey Tambor has withdrawn from the Tony Award-winning revival of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, following the Thursday, February 24 performance. Tambor started performances on Tuesday, February 15 in the role of Georges, opposite four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein as Albin.

Rehearsals begin today for the Broadway revival of John Guare's comedic masterpiece THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES starring Ben Stiller, Edie Falco and Jennifer Jason Leigh. THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES, directed by David Cromer, will open on Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 West 48th Street). John Leguizamo's GHETTO KLOWN began performances on Monday, February 21st in preparation for a Tuesday, March 22nd opening. GHETTO KLOWN will play a 12-week engagement. It marks John's fifth one-man play and his third on Broadway. Academy Award winner Fisher Stevens makes his Broadway directorial debut with the show.

Beginning performances on Thursday, March 17, 2011, And the Curtain Rises marks the third production presented as part of Signature's AMVP, the largest commissioning program for new musicals in the country, following Michael John LaChiusa's Giant in 2009 and Ricky Ian Gordon's Sycamore Trees last year.
