Jessica has worked in theater for nearly ten years. She has worked in theatrical production for the producers of STOMP, DAMN YANKEES, NUNSENSE, DINNER WITH FRIENDS and more, and for over 5 years has been involved in the Whoopi Goldberg-produced White Noise, having discovered the production at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival. She has since helped foster its growth through multiple large-scale workshops and two major commercial productions as an Associate Producer. After dedicating many years to theatrical and live entertainment production work that has taken her all over the world in 2009 she assumed the post of Senior Managing Editor at BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theater site on the net, for which she controls operations, routinely interviews Broadway's A-list talent and films/edits a bulk of the sites popular BWW TV content. She is a graduate of Brown University and has worked professionally in production for the Brown University Department of Theatre, Speech and Dance, Rights and Reasons Theatre, the New York Theatre Workshop and more.

The New York Philharmonic will present Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking Company, with an all-star cast led by Neil Patrick Harris (Robert), on April 7-9, 2011. The award-winning musical will be produced and directed by Lonny Price, who directed and co-produced last season's SONDHEIM: The Birthday Concert!, and will be conducted by Sondheim specialist Paul Gemignani, with the original orchestrations for a 35-piece orchestra by Jonathan Tunick.

Josh Strickland, currently starring in PEEPSHOW and 'Holly's World' on E!, debuted the video for his first ever solo artist single, 'Report to the Floor.' The world premier of the video took place after last night's finale of the hit reality show. 'Report to the Floor' was co-produced by Grammy Award winning producer Damon Elliott and by Norwegian pop/dance producer Axident. The single has now taken the world by storm and is currently #3 on the iTunes Dance Charts.

According to the UK Mirror, new US X Factor Judge L.A. Reid has confirmed that pop star Cheryl Cole will be joining him and Simon Cowell on the panel. As quoted in the Mirror, Reid states:'We're gonna compete against American Idol just fine. I'm very confident. But along with Simon Cowell and Cheryl, I don't know who the other judge is.'

As BroadwayWorld speculated last month, Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown (Parade, 13, The Last Five Years, Songs for a New World) will be joined by Tony Award-winning stage and screen star Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls) and The Caucasian Rhythm Kings for a special three-night concert engagement this spring at the Henry Street Settlement - Abrons Arts Center (466 Grand at Pitt), according to official press notes. The concerts will also be filmed for future broadcast on PBS.

The producers of the Royal Shakespeare Company's MATILDA have announced that, as suspected, the show will be making a West End transfer this fall. Details are scarce at the moment, but as Broadwayworld reported back in January, Broadway producers including Barry Weissler, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman and others all flocked to see the show when it played the Courtyard Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon from November through January this winter. Venue specifics and dates have yet to be announced, however, patrons can see tickets on sale as early as May.

In the episode, a cataclysmic event rattles the doctors of Seattle Grace to the core, as Callie, on the verge of an enormous life-changing moment with Arizona, envisions her hospital and friends as it has never-been-seen before. After kicking off the inaugural season of Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater, shattering all box office records from Arena Stage's 60-year history and rounding up 10 Helen Hayes Awards nominations, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! returns for a summer run under the direction of Artistic Director Molly Smith. The revival, featuring the entire original principal cast and most of the ensemble, has already broken more company records by selling the highest number of single tickets for a production in 24 hours when tickets went on sale March 3, 2011. Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! runs July 8-October 2, 2011 in the Fichandler Stage.

The winners, chosen by the Peabody board as the best in electronic media for the year 2010, were named in a ceremony in the Peabody Gallery on the University of Georgia campus.

Previews for Born Yesterday, starring Jim Belushi, Robert Sean Leonard and Nina Arianda, start tonight, March 31, at Broadway's Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) at 8 pm. Directed by Doug Hughes, this revival of Garson Kanin's award-winning comedy about sex and politics will open on Easter Sunday, April 24.
