Bayley Turner is a multidisciplinary artist, burlesque and drag performer, spoken word poet, playwright, theatremaker and intimacy coordinator. A proud queer trans woman, Bayley's candid work frequently orbits around the interplay of compromised politics, rabid sexuality, and sardonic humour. Bayley's written work has been published in Archer Magazine, drip(feed) and Mamamia among others, she was a winner of the Empower H*r Voice writing competition in 2021 and her first review with Broadway World was published in 2015.
Also recognised in the arts sector for her work as a consent educator for creative teams, Bayley founded the consultancy 'Create Consent' to deliver sexual violence prevention education and initiatives, working with major and independent theatre companies, extending to the screen, music, gaming and medical industries.
