Jeff Green is a brilliant, award winning UK comedian appearing for two nights only in Tasmania. Jeff Green has become a well known face and voice on Australian TV and radio since arriving for his first Melbourne International Comedy Festival performance.
Amongst his many Australian TV credits are Spicks and Specks (ABC), Good News Week (TEN), The Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala (Ten) and Between the Lines (Nine). Now an Australian resident (Jeff has an Australian wife, some have accused him of social climbing but he disputes that...) Jeff is hugely in demand in the UK, Europe and Asia and his stand-up comedy background is impressive with a solo West-End season and three full length UK TV comedy specials under his belt.
Two of his stand-up specials Jeff Green – Up West and Back From The Bewilderness, recorded live in London’s West End, were recently shown on consecutive prime time Saturday nights on ABC 1.
Jeff Green’s BBC Radio 2 comedy series, The Green Guide to Life, averaged over 3 million listeners and he recently appeared on Celebrity Masterchef (BBC1), Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1) and Bill Bailey’s Birdwatching Bonanza (Sky 1).
