Sydney Theatre Company extends The Wharf Revue - Pennies from Kevin, written & created by Jonathan Biggins, Drew Forsythe & Phillip Scott. This production, which opens on November 4, will now close on Sunday December 6.

Say farewell to the not-so Great Depression, put your troubles behind you, cross to the funny side of the street and dance down the road to recovery with a stimulus package of song and satire from the ever-popular Wharf Revue. Celebrating its tenth year, through bad times and worse, Sydney Theatre Company's outrageous Wharf Revue once again bravely goes to the pointy end of the comic schtick.

Musical director of Pennies from Kevin is Phillip Scott, lighting director is Matt Marshall, and the cast includes Jonathan Biggins, Helen Dallimore, Drew Forsythe, and Phillip Scott.

Tickets range from $45-$55 and can be purchased by calling the box office at (02) 9250 1777 or clicking here.

Sydney Theatre Company, as the premier theatre company in Australia, has been a major force in Australian drama since its establishment in 1978. The company presents an annual twelve-play program at its home base The Wharf, on Sydney's harbour at Walsh Bay, the nearby Sydney Theatre, which STC also manages, and as the resident theatre company of the Sydney Opera House. Current Artistic Directors, Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton joined the Company at the beginning of 2008. For more information, visit www.sydneytheatre.com.au.
