RAMSHACKLE & KITSCH Debuts In Melbourne

The lovechild of Starsky & Hutch and The Mighty Boosh, Ramshackle & Kitsch is a completely improvised comedy show based on audience suggestions starring Perth's very own Libby Klysz and St John Cowcher. Members of the original Big Hoo Ha! in Perth the two will be joined by Melbourne's very own Bri Williams (The Bachelorette Unpacked, MUMMY) and Ben Russell (Aaron Chen Tonight, The Tokyo Hotel) and a line-up of Melbourne's funniest actors.

Ramshackle (Cowcher) is an old school detective - a veteran who does what needs to be done to get the right man behind bars. Kitsch (Klysz) is new on the team - a wide-eyed hipster who is as equally excited about the job as being distracted by puppies wearing shiny collars. Creator Libby Klysz says "These two cops are so much fun to play with. I can't wait to see how they deal with Melbourne's notorious crime scene- I've seen Underbelly."

In true crime detective style, a cool live band will be providing an essential soundtrack to this crime friendships caper.

As part of the Butterfly Club's curated Summer program, this production promises to be nothing short of spectacular with a slew of award nominations, including Best Comedy at Fringe World 2017. Travelling all the way from Perth the show is produced by Variegated Productions this season will be the first stop on their international tour as they travel to perform in the New Zealand Fringe Festival circuit early next year.
