JERSEY BOYS Lands at Sydney's Theatre Royal on September 18

The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, winner of four 2006 Tony Awards® including Best Musical, winner of the Olivier Award for Best New Musical in 2009, has now received ten nominations for the Victorian Green Room Awards. The JERSEY BOYS Original Cast Recording also received a 2006 Grammy Award® for Best Musical Show Album. JERSEY BOYS has now grossed over $812 million worldwide and been seen by 9 million people around the world. Over 450,000 people have attended the show in Melbourne to date. JERSEY BOYS - The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, will officially open in Sydney at the Theatre Royal on Saturday 18 September 2010. The season in Melbourne must finish on Sunday 25 July following 453 sell-out performances. There is no extension possible.

Broadway's gritty smash hit musical, JERSEY BOYS - The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, is the story of how four blue collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop sensations of all time. JERSEY BOYS - The Story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons opened in Melbourne on 4 July 2009 and is now playing in Melbourne, Broadway, London, Toronto, Las Vegas and a US National Tour. JERSEY BOYS played in San Francisco for 48 weeks and recently closed in Chicago after two years, where they played to more than 1.2 million people. In Melbourne to date, JERSEY BOYS has broken the box office record of the Princess Theatre on three occasions making it the highest weekly gross ever achieved.

JERSEY BOYS will feature the performances of Bobby Fox as Frankie Valli, Scott Johnson as Tommy DeVito, Stephen Mahy as Bob Gaudio and Glaston Toft as Nick Massi - The Four Seasons.
