Bert Newton, Marina Prior & More Play Rob Guest Endowment Concert 10/12

Join host Bert Newton, Marina Prior, members of the casts of WICKED and Chicago the Musical, the Australian String Quartet, and six incredible young performers for this inaugural gala.

The night will see the six finalists for the Rob Guest Endowment perform to a live audience, industry specialists and an expert judging panel, supported by a professional orchestra. The first recipient of the Rob Guest Endowment will be announced at the end of the night.

The ANZ Trustees Foundation: ANZ Rob Guest Endowment will be awarded each year to an emerging musical theatre performer selected by a panel of industry experts. The Award will provide the emerging performer with further knowledge and training in the industry.

Rob Guest was a legend in the entertainment industry, having starred as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera, and as the Wizard in Wicked last year. He was also a friend and mentor to many young performers. This gala performance coincides with the anniversary of Rob's untimely passing and to celebrate his life and career.
